Do you have trailers available for hire?<\/strong>

To which address should I send the documents and invoice?<\/strong>

How do you deliver the documents?<\/strong>
„The documents are delivered as agreed with the client - either electronically (scans together with the invoice sent to the specified e-mail address) or in traditional form (original documents together with the invoice sent by registered mail via the Polish Postal Service).
On request, it is also possible to have the originals delivered by DHL courier with next working day delivery - in this case, please inform us in advance when placing your transport order.<\/em>„<\/p>\n\n\n\n

I do not see a transfer from you. Who should I contact?<\/strong>
\"We process all payments in a timely manner. When we receive an invoice, we calculate its payment term from the date of receipt visible in the Post Office eMonitoring or from the date of receipt of the e-mail, unless another term has been individually agreed. However, if for some reason you have not received your payment, you should first contact the office at biuro@mtlogistics.pl<\/a> indicating the invoice number, month of issue, container number and relationship.\"<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n

I urgently need a scan of the shipping documents. To whom is it best to report such a need?<\/strong>

I received an invoice in a different currency than I wanted.<\/strong>
\"We issue all invoices in the currency as indicated in the transport order. In the absence of such information, all invoices will be issued in either the Polish currency for the foreign-Polish relationship or in a foreign currency for the foreign-foreign relationship.\"<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n
